Everyone realizes unconsciously that September will not be easy, to say the
least.

Just take seriously some news making the current events this week: in France
the number of jobs lost was the highest since the 30s, and waves of violence
are going through the suburbs; in Europe, the recession settles down with
the austerity plans; in the United States, a relapse of growth announced
suggests that the crisis is far from over, and in Russia fires and floods in
Pakistan reminds us of the power of nature, to which man adds his own
disorders.

Besides that, what good news? In Europe, triumphant employers announcing
record-breaking profits, and paying themselves unheard of bonuses; in Asia
and elsewhere, some countries, showing insolent growth.

Some among the most powerful, that is to say, the richest, understand the
threats resulting from these imbalances and act: the decision by some
American billionaires around Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, to devote at
least half of their money to actions of development show, better than any
G20, the awareness of the need for effective global action and the disrepute
into which governments have fallen, if such a movement was to spread, it
would have a significant impact, and would give birth to a kind of
global plutocracy, the beginning of a world government with seigneurial tax
system.

For France, in particular, September will be difficult: a 2010 budget in
full skid. A 2011 budget, full of illusion. A political power surfing the
most dangerous waves of ideology; an opposition entirely occupied by itself
and unable to offer credible solutions to the country on any subject. The
country thus will be in September, confronted by terrible threats without
having thought about it seriously.

In the few weeks between now and September of all dangers, the best
still is for everyone to find the strength to laugh, relax, listen to music,
connect with others and reflect on one’s personal destiny in this world more
and more difficult.

The future belongs to those who will be the most mobile, the most flexible,
the fastest, less fixed on certainties, neither professional nor
geographical, nor political. Few people are really ready, in our old
sedentary country , for such a mobility of mind and body.

To think about how to prepare supposes many mental and logistic changes:
reflect on how to prepare mentally assumes many mutations and logistics: who
is really ready to move, to change jobs, without being forced? Who is really
ready to anticipate problems to find solutions? Who has really thought about
the best use for him and his family, of his remaining years of life? Who
really is aware of the dictatorship of the movement, coming? Who prepares to
be the best of himself, trained, alert, mobile, listening to the threats and
attentive to others? Who really thinks to be himself, that is to say, to not
remain what others decide for himself?

Think about it …
