Attali & Associates was founded in 1994 by Jacques Attali, et has gathered since more than 15 years all the competences in strategy consulting, corporate finance and venture capital to help companies develop on the long run with profitability.

Our customers are large international groups that we assist in their strategical reflection and their prospective vision of upcoming markets : managers and shareholders of companies in and M&A process, or entrepreneurs that we assist in the structuration of their business plan and their fund raising.

The group Attali & Associates established a capitalistic and operational partnership with Louvre Alliance, a consulting company in organization, management and information systems, as well as with Zalis, a company specialized in turnaround and restructuring for troubled businesses.
